Placement
cell is functioning within the Institute so as to have an
intense interaction with the Industry. The cell comprises
of teachers and student representatives. This cell provides
guidance and counseling with respect to career choices,
performance goals, successful work habits, communication
skills, helps inculcating passion for success, developing
enterprising attitude, positive thinking, and organizes
personality development programmes, workshops, and mock
interviews for students. The main focus of cell is to enhance
university industry interaction. The cell looks after the
training, placement, industrial tours, consultancy and liaison
with old Alumni as well as the Industrial World. Student
admitted to the MBA, become member of IMSSA to assist the
activities.
Also
Institute is the pioneering spirit behind the SHIMLA CHAPTER
of All India Management Association. As a result of these
efforts, the University-Industry Interaction has been intensified
